I recently picked up this great little shopping guide – Guided* Graz . It lists independent small businesses which specialise in fashion, furniture and jewellery. As well as food & drink, cultural tips and places to stay. The focus is on the city center as well the Gries / Lend area, so very easy to stroll around and check them all out. Plus the guide is in German and English. I found mine at the Kunsthaus( with the leaflets downstairs by the lockers and bathroom) but you should be able to find it in small shops & cafes, museums or at the tourist office.
