Die Manukatur is a workshop in Gries with a great social purpose. They focus on helping people who are having a hard time entering the workplace and train them on traditional handicrafts, furniture restoration, monument preservation and textile repairs. 
They also have a small store where you can buy their handmade textiles and upcycled products. A fun place to buy inexpensive gifts such as slippers, bags, yoga cushions, Furoshiki wrapping cloths, pot holders, washing cloths, make up remover pads, and so much more!

Plus in the courtyard outside their workshop, in cooperation with Nachhaltig in Graz, they have a Verschenkecke (give away corner) where you can donate and pick up clothes, books, toys and household goods.
